Lisa Parsons and Mike Dennis have a little baby boy.

Henry, at 11weeks old, is the newest recruit to Somerset Road Club.

Henry now rides out from his home on the Somerset Levels in a purpose-built child trailer, towed by Lisa or Michael.

Lisa is on maternity leave from Thorn Cycles, and Michael is a Senior National Cycling Coach, and both love cycle racing and touring.

"It is a pleasure to introduce my son to the lovely quiet lanes of Somerset in this way, and to let him breathe the good clean air of the South West," says Michael.

Both parents are looking forward to Henry being old enough to join them on their European cycle tours, and are thinking of
organising touring rides for other cycling families with young children.

"Henry is just such a happy and healthy baby, it is a pleasure to be able to take him out riding with us," says proud Mum Lisa.
