2005 is already upon us and it’s time to think about your upcoming year of cycling.  Biketime, a unique cycling club based in the heart of the Marche region in central Italy has several interesting offers to think about. 

 

• Gran Fondo Training Weeks – Train with our Team in the rolling Marche hills and participate in a thrilling Gran Fondo race at the end of the week. 

 

• Bike and Language Tour – Cycle the Marche countryside in the morning followed by an Italian language course in the afternoon. Learn key Italian cycling terms, restaurant essentials, basic grammar, and then practice with our team and other ciclisti. 

I would be happy to offer any SRC members a 10% discount on the listed prices for any of our holidays. In addition we offer a further discount of 5% for group bookings of 5-10 and 10% for groups of 10 or more.

Where is Biketime?

 

Biketime is based in Jesi, a town of artistic and historical importance in Le Marche region.  Lying between the Adriatic Sea on the east and the Apennine mountains on the west, Le Marche represents one of Italy’s hidden treasures.  From the spectacular Conero Riviera to the foothills of the Sibillini mountains one can find continuous rolling hills filled with medieval villages, country villas, vineyards, and friendly locals.   Recently dubbed the ‘New Tuscany’ by the International Wall Street Journal, Le Marche is truly a treasure to be explored.
